Since 1976, Marc Davis has been an active Georgia trial lawyer, handling serious cases involving spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, fractured bones and herniated or ruptured discs, tractor trailer and automobile accident cases, medical malpractice, construction accidents and premises liability cases.
EDUCATION
Mr. Davis attended preparatory school at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia, graduating in 1969. He was then awarded the Lockheed Leadership Fund Full Four Year Scholarship and attended Duke University, earning an A.B. in Economics in 1973.
In 1976, he earned his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. In addition, he did graduate work at Emory University School of Law‘s LLM Program in Taxation.
One of the many highlights in Mr. Davis’ long career as a trial attorney was his attendance and graduation from the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyer’s College in Dubois, Wyoming in August of 2000.
RECOGNITION
Marc Davis was recognized as a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate of the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Diplomate of The American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. Both of these distinctions are based upon trial experience and a written and oral examination. He is a member of The Million Dollar Advocates Club and Senior Counsel in the College of Barristers. He is also listed in the Who’s Who in Rising Young Americans, Who’s Who in American Law, Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America, Who’s Who in America and Who’s Who in the World. He has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine for the past several years.

PERSONAL
Mr. Davis is married with two children. He and his family live at Twin Lakes Farm in Covington, Georgia, where he enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, restoring classic cars and boats, riding his horses, and tending to his acreage. He also enjoys reading, painting, skiing, surfing, scuba diving, and riding his motorcycle.
